一、遇有具職務利害關係者所為之餽贈、飲宴邀約或關切事件等，除有「公務員廉政倫理規範」第 4 點或第 7 點第 1 項各款情形外，應予拒絕或退還，並簽報長官及知會政風機構。
二、另請於主動填寫「臺南市政府教育局暨所屬各級機關、學校受贈財物、飲宴應酬、關切事件及其他廉政倫理事件登錄表」後，向本校協辦政風業務之人員登錄報備。
