旨揭交通安全教育繪本以人本交通為核心，結合交通安全教育五階段課程模組編撰，期以透過繪本打破交通安全教育時間、空間等限制，讓學童於課堂學習、志工故事、課餘閱讀運用，藉以引導學童認識安全的交通行為及友善交通環境。
