(二)得獎公布日期：得獎名單於106年 9 月 27 日(星期三)前公布於活動網站，並發送得獎通知給個人與所屬學校。
(三)參賽資格：全國學生(不限階段別)及社會人士。
(四)活動獎項：將評選出 15名最佳留言者，獎品為 500 元禮券(或等值獎品)。
